All prices are exclusive of VAT
Prices are fixed for 3 months unless stated otherwise
Payment terms are 30 days from the date of invoice unless stated otherwise. When working with new client, at the discretion of Cleaning Rooms as to whether a deposit is required before commencement of work on site.
Cleaning Rooms reserves the right to levy a surcharge of £150 if the client reschedules the start date within 48 hours of the agreed date.
Cancellations charges apply 48 hours prior to start date. Cancellation within 2 days of starting date will require 50% of the agreed quote and is down to the discretion of the director of Cleaning Rooms.
Cancellations of works after the start date or during the process of works carried out require full payment.
All goods remain property of Cleaning Rooms until paid for in full.
If you fail to pay us on agreed date we may;
a. Charge you interest at the rate set under S.6 of the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (interest) Act 1999.
b. Calculated (on a daily basis) from the date of our invoice until payment.
c. Compounded on the first day of each month.
d. Before and after judgement (unless a court orders otherwise).
e. Claim fixed sum compensation from you under S.5A of that Act to cover our credit control overhead cost.
f. Recover (under clause 5.8) the cost of taking legal action to make you pay.Costs are subject to assessment of areas to be cleaned/working area. Additional costs may be applicable upon viewing if quoted by images.
Our quotation includes work detailed only. Any changes or additions to the description will be charged for accordingly.
Cleaning Rooms accepts no responsibility for damage to property/contents during our services.
On completion of our services the client will receive an update along with invoice, if there is any disputes with workmanship this must be reported within 48 hours of works end.
Cleaning Rooms takes no responsibility for defects in decorational damages or pre existing damages to fixed assets of the property.
Cleaning Rooms reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time.
By accepting a quote or instructing us to carry out works means you have agrees to our terms and conditions.
